Rice Veggie Wraps

Ingredients:

Rice paper (I purchased at tau) 1/2 Red pepper
1 large Carrot
1 Zucchini
10-15 green Cabbage sheets 20mL Avocado oil
1/4 of head Big leaf lettuce


Serving size: 8 rolls


Prep:

Slice all vegetables into thin and long pieces
Heat frying pan and add avocado oil

Saute vegetables excluding red pepper for 5 minutes


Note: Crunchy vegetables are desired here!
